There are different processes for different products in order to achieve the desired design. Some fonts can be cut in vinyl for items like kimonos when the size is large, but if they are to be placed on a pair of socks that require a small font, it is not possible.
Therefore, you will experience different fonts for different products. 

Here too, the technology varies from product to product.
Textile prints are cut from foil. Foil which is available and purchased in various, but not all, colors.

Digital prints for textiles are transferred using print and are limited to CMYK colors.

Finally, UV printing for items such as boxes and bags is also limited to CMYK colors.

Furthermore, we have pre-selected font colors that look good on that specific product.

Personalized items are designed and handcrafted. We put a great deal of effort into ensuring aesthetics and symmetry. Your personalized gifts are not products we simply pull off a shelf. - This is the reason for the following delivery times, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Special promotions may be shipped earlier, but still follow GLS' delivery times from the dispatched order.

EN: They do this partly to protect the boxes as best as possible and because it provides a very special feeling to assemble and arrange your gift yourself.

We produce and pack your personal gift so it is attractive and presentable. Then, we wrap it in protective bubble wrap and packing paper so it is well protected.

We then send the package with GLS, who takes over the shipping. We would like to, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that the items will be in their original positions upon arrival.

A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act for products that are not made specifically for the customer. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, BEMY will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Items designed specifically for the customer are not covered by the right of complaint. However, a refund is provided in the event of defects in the original product (the base product).

We always strive to create the best possible result. Please be aware that photos and video may give a different impression of the items than the physical result.

When you shop with us, you simultaneously accept a certain degree of artistic freedom so that your desired design fits your chosen product as well as possible. For this reason, personalized products cannot be refunded on these grounds.

That said, we naturally want your gift and surprise to be as perfect as you wish. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will find a solution.

There are no limits to what you can adorn your personalized items, gift boxes, or bags with. Icons, symbols, or text can be added just as you dream of.

It is, of course, relative which designs, icons, and text there is room for on the individual products.

We will always strive to create the best possible result for each individual project, and only when YOU are happy and satisfied will the project be put into production.

The format of your requests must be compatible with our design program. Therefore, it is important that your dreams can be converted into what is known as SVG, PNG, or PDF - we will be happy to help with that when we speak.
